Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) protection scenarios are becoming increasingly diversified.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) protection scenarios are becoming increasingly diversified. Conventional plain-weave conductive fabrics are prone to problems such as conductive network breakage and reduced shielding effectiveness under high-frequency millimeter-wave and large dynamic deformation conditions. Addressing the needs of curved devices, wearable electronics, and automotive irregularly shaped wire harnesses, the R&D team has completed in-depth optimization of the weaving structure, resulting in the mass production of a new generation of diamond-patterned conductive fabric. Utilizing an interlaced diamond three-dimensional weaving structure, it achieves comprehensive upgrades in flexibility, tensile strength, and full-band electromagnetic barrier stability.

This fabric abandons the traditional straight warp and weft arrangement, adopting a diagonally interlaced diamond weaving process. A conductive metal coating is evenly adhered to the surface of each group of yarn fibers, achieving an overall fabric elastic tensile rate of up to 80%. After tens of thousands of repeated stretching and twisting, the internal conductive pathways remain intact and continuous, with a shielding effectiveness attenuation of less than 4%. The diamond-patterned interlaced structure ensures more even stress distribution on the fabric, resulting in wrinkle-free and edge-free application to irregular shells and curved wire harnesses, making it suitable for wrapping various irregularly shaped components. Within the full frequency range of 300kHz to 40GHz, the shielding effectiveness remains stably maintained in the 70~92dB range, effectively blocking low-frequency power frequency electromagnetic interference and efficiently attenuating 5G millimeter-wave high-frequency noise interference.

Leveraging the characteristics of the base fabric, the company has simultaneously developed derivative products such as conductive foam linings, wire harness winding shielding tapes, and equipment cavity sealing sleeves, which are widely used in electromagnetic protection fields for new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, wearable medical monitoring devices, and industrial wireless gateways. After multiple rounds of reliability testing by OEMs and electronic terminal companies, the diamond-patterned conductive fabric has improved curved surface bonding construction efficiency by 40% and extended outdoor weather resistance service life by 35% compared to traditional plain weave products. Industry experts say that the diamond-patterned three-dimensional woven structure breaks through the performance limitations of conventional conductive fabrics, providing a new material solution for electromagnetic protection of irregular curved surfaces. Further development will involve adding flame-retardant and antibacterial modified formulas to continuously expand the application boundaries of medical, military, and field equipment.
